I recently had the pleasure of spending three months working with AeroCloud as part of their Engineering team. Although my time with the company was shorter than I would have liked due to personal circumstances, the experience left a lasting and very positive impression on me. From my very first day, I was made to feel genuinely welcome, and the level of support I received from both colleagues and management was exceptional.
What stood out to me most was the company’s ability to combine a high level of professionalism with a friendly and engaging workplace culture. Every team member I interacted with was approachable, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering high-quality work, yet there was always a sense of camaraderie and humour that made each day enjoyable.
AeroCloud also demonstrated a strong commitment to personal and professional growth. Even within a relatively short period, I was encouraged to take ownership of my work, contribute ideas, and develop my skills.
