Pros

Nice office, and the people are good to be around. Some of the managers understand how hard it can be and do genuinely try to help as much as they can. Free tea, coffee and fruit

Cons

Targets are constantly changing - they bring in one thing, you work hard to hit it, and then they make it harder for you saying you aren't working hard enough, so it's now nearly impossible to get bonus or comms. Unless you're a department manager, you are on Minimum Wage No room for progression/promotion - it's so rare they do it in-house unless your 'face fits' No Work from home Long Hours Just seen as a number and have a 'you are just replaceable' attitude Little training, and the training provided isn't great. You have new starts on the phone with no idea what to do... Its a shame as if someone had asked me a 1/2 years ago if Aerial was a good place to work, I'd have said it was amazing and to apply straight away. But it's not that anymore. The happy vibe is gone, staff turnover is high, and staff used to really care and want to do well to see the company progress, whereas now when you talk to people, they just don't feel valued or happy.
