Pros
The pace of product development here is genuinely mind-blowing. Over the last year, I’ve learned more than I have in many years elsewhere. You get real ownership, from understanding a problem deeply to building and shipping the solution. Things move lightning fast, and innovation is not just encouraged, it’s expected. What I really appreciate is how cross-functional the work is. Multiple teams come together to release a single feature, which can be hectic but also extremely rewarding. You learn a lot by working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders, and you’re trusted to make decisions. If you enjoy building from scratch and don’t shy away from responsibility, this is a great place to grow.
Cons
With this kind of speed, there are naturally challenges. Processes are still evolving, and at times the lack of structure can make execution harder than it needs to be. Coordination across teams can feel like a hassle, especially when everyone is moving fast and priorities are shifting. That said, the organization is clearly aware of this and is actively working on stabilizing teams and improving processes, which is reassuring.
