Everyone I interacted with was down to earth, approachable, and transparent, which made the entire experience feel much more personal than transactional. Shouts out to Eli from HR and Raghavi in Senior Leadership! One thing that really stood out to me was their commitment to bringing more women into the construction and project controls industry. In a field that has traditionally been male dominated, it was refreshing to see a company that truly values diversity, inclusion, and creating opportunities for women to grow and succeed.

As with many growing companies, there can be a learning curve when transitioning into new projects and processes, but the team is supportive and more than willing to help.
