The locations of the offices is a plus for me. I also enjoy the freedom to be creative and innovative in my job. The mgmt team is flexible and I have never felt like I had to not be myself or hold back my opinion. The Agency as a whole is not a bad place to work.

The Review process is NOT fair. the processes subjective and not really measurable. People that don't work as hard can be labeled as exceptional because their supervisor likes them.
