Pros
Great team members, free beer, good office location in Vancouver (but they are moving to the suburbs soon with no skytrain), no pressure job.
Cons
Very low pay for everyone except a selected few (read those who are friend with Bart and Alex), ancient computers, broken chairs, no vision, no strategy, poor software that doesnt meet security standards in financial services industry and is not PCI compliant even though they tell clients it is, no personal accountability (if somebody misses a goal or target it's ok... Weird concept)...
