      They have a very comfortable and relaxed work environment. They cater to your needs when you need them. Room for development is very open to even new employees after a while.

      This is an amazing company to work for, the senior management are very approachable and will try to get the best out of you, great company ethos with great ethics and really professional colleagues.

      Nothing springs to mind, can't fault the company.

      Good people, good location, good environment

      Cons

      Near impossible to get hybrid working, even after approval to work from home, I was then let go for "breaching company policy"...very two faced.
