Benefits are well below other health care companies. Especially health plan and vacation especially. Work load is above normal for several work groups, creating little to no work life balance, claims to be data driven but frequently ignores data to make decisions management wants. Being well liked more important than being good at your job. Nepotism and cronyism have lead to management with little understanding of how to run a health care organization.
