      There is real attention paid to obtaining a good work/life balance. Not all employers care.

      Cons

      This is a large corporation and it sometimes takes a while to find the right person to answer your question. Hopefully this will improve over time.

      Pros

      Very personable Advent recruiters. Have worked hard on my behalf to complete the process for me to start. HR at Advent Ottawa was quite nice and very easy to work with. Everyone I have met so far have been very friendly and positive.
