There are no pros. This is a horrible company to work for.

I was over three accounts and they got rid of me because they wanted to go to offshore. The communication is horrible, and the CEO is in the dark about all of this. And if you are looking for a company that doesn’t care about compliance well then you found it so if you’re worried about your credentials, I wouldn’t apply to this company because they don’t care about your credentials.
