Pros

Fantastic company, CEO and higher level executives very involved, and have open door policies. Huge scale company, but very small office feel. Very flexible as long as you do your job properly, and show up on time!

Cons

Few remote positions available, very much 9-5 come into office kind of place, but some people prefer this

Pros

Travel, competitive pay at time

Cons

Management is ineffective and missing from top down. Project management is lacking. Booking travel and traveling is only allowed on off hours to avoid paying employees. Per diem is ok until management directive is to combine vehicles and book the worst accommodations possible even though GSA and per diem covers all expenses, very shady. Management wants road warriors and dislikes those who have families and wish to actually spend time at home. Zero work/home balance. Per diem wasn't paid during an extended period, ultimately accruing a mid 4-figure amount owed to myself. Finally told PM and management that unless a check was deposited by Sunday evening, don't expect me to work on Monday. Left for a better position and provided 3 week notice. Company response was to disable all email, request phone and laptop and disable ability to book travel from remote site to home at end of duration. Saw writing on wall and booked travel and rental before accounts were closed out, flew home and shipped laptop and phone to corporate. They had nerve of arguing replacement tools for those damaged onsite while working and expensed and agreed upon in writing in advance. Run, Don't walk. There's a reason there's a ton of churn and turnover for employees in this company
