It's an ethical company dedicated to providing first class customer service where the company values are heartfelt and at the core of decision making. There's a true open door policy by management meaning anyone can talk to a director or senior manager directly and staff are encouraged to give feedback and suggest improvements. Problems are seen as something to be learnt from and an opportunity to make improvements. Staff and management are supportive and all are valued for their individuality with varied frequent social events helping bring the team even closer. Since moving to Advantex I really enjoy my job and feel respected and appreciated for the contribution I make.
