Pros
the experience you get is unbelieveable. the number of doors (pun intended) that open from this position are limitless if you intend on staying in a technical or service related field.
Cons
management could care less about you. this is a staffing company that only gets people in the door and does nothing to keep them. the empty promises from this company are unbelievable. raise...ha ha only if you hang out with the cool crowd. being in a elevated roll, literally doesn't mean a thing for moving around the company. if yuo can grind through it and have a 4yr degree you can direct hire to Ford which is my advice.
