Regarding compensation, we aim for transparency. Our salary structure for entry-level positions is clearly communicated during verbal discussions and is outlined in both written offers and contracts. Salaries are indeed reviewed annually, as explained during the hiring process. However, it’s important to note that a review does not always equate to a salary increase. Salary adjustments are tied to individual progression and contributions to our projects.
We also prioritize structured professional growth through our Career Development Framework, which runs annually. The framework is undergoing a renewal and will be launched in 1/2025. We hope you’ll stay with us to benefit from these enhancements.
As for employee well-being and work-life balance, we’ve retained many of the benefits introduced during COVID-19, including maintaining safe distancing and offering one of the most flexible hybrid models in the market. Additionally, we extend remote working periods during the summer and holidays to support our employees’ needs.
