      - I always feel like a valued employee - Allocated time towards training - A company that is best of its class - Multidisciplinary staff means that the spectrum of services and expertise is vast - Respectful team - Great community of employees - High importance of work life balance - Great clients

      Cons

      Cannot fault the management at AWA, they have truly covered all areas of making the workplace experience the best it can be.
