You get hands on experience with the founders. The technology is phenomenal. Like it’s really cool. Fully remote
Cons
The founders are workaholics. This company is their life. They both ask you to own your role and micromanage and change your work. On the sales side, there is a spray and pray model. They are able yo book a lot of demos due to advanced tech, but don’t do any discovery. Also they tend to go in through innovation teams (who take a ton of meetings, but arnt decision makers) most meetings then become a waste of time. Thier conversion rate is low. The sales culture is very fratty. I have been in meetings where one of the founders would get angry and yell at the prospects when they didn’t get the advanced tech. Even though next steps were procured he would ghost. They didn’t hire a qualified candidate because she had previously reported sexually assault/harassment at Facebook. “I can’t take that kinda risk” - one of the founders.
