Pros
If you are into getting free soda on mandatory office days, that is a perk. They do a great job in compliance and you understand the do's and don'ts from that side. Very good health care and benefits package. You can coast there and not get fired, but not the place for high achievers. Longevity matters more than work product.
Cons
Micromanaged like crazy. Tons of people leave due to low pay scale. Pay scale is not clear to employees. Very high school clique like. They believe they are a small company, but are a mid size company and the leadership at the top has not understood that. Claim for diversity and inclusion is a ruse.
