Pros
ATG's industry is very challenging, and jobs with ATG require many skills like a strong technical aptitude, the ability to analyze and document complex processes, and knowledge of accounting and finance among others. This is quite the intersection of skills, and nobody starts out having them all. This is where ATG shines, because its a culture of learning. ATG provides many ways for you to learn and develop, from constant training opportunities, to communities of practice, tools, techniques, and a very collaborative and supportive group of coworkers. Its not always easy, but if you can't succeed here then you have nobody to blame but yourself.
Cons
This is a fast growing company that is going through growing pains, and sometimes has difficulty updating processes, re-organizing, and dealing with organizational change to adapt to the growth.
