Pros

Work is ok if you don't need to collaborate with anyone who doesn't appreciate your work

Cons

The management team can be intimidating and it's not an easy task collaboration with them. They always say no and disagree with you like there isn't anything good you can do

Pros

Working with a small company currently in the process of growing creates enormous opportunity to take on projects you have little experience in and manage it all the way to completion. Cons

Since the company is growing and developing so much, it sometimes happens that you'll work on a project for a week only for it to be abandoned since we're going to move into a different direction. Pros

Working with AST has allowed for an expansion of my skill set. Getting to work with a experienced, friendly and tight-knit team has been rewarding. We can bounce ideas off each other anytime we want. This type of collaboration is an excellent way to stay productive and really push out great results. I am excited to see how the company will evolve in the near future.

Cons

At times, projects are started and then either change direction or are completely dropped. Sometimes it is necessary to go outside of your skill set and comfort zone to get something done for a project. In the end, after a push, it is all rewarding.
