Pros
The documents they provided are completed. They won't hold back anything they are supposed to give you.
Cons
- Heavy Office Politics
- Too many workload per person. There are only a handful of people in the Inventory Team, and all have to work 4-to-5 people's work load per person, while there can be more than a dozen of people in other team, doing nothing.
- No guideline for work. You followed the managers' instructions verbatim, they change their mind completely the next day, and you get blamed for not getting the job done.
- Not systematic at all. They developed different systems for Inventory team and Production Line (maybe some other teams as well, who knows), and it does not match at all. The system for Inventory team shows that items A, B and C are needed, but when they are finally prepared and delivered to Production Line, their system shows items X, Y and Z are needed instead. And you can't confirm with them beforehand because their list of material only shows up days after you deliver the items to them. It's time wasting.
- Your hard work would definitely not be appreciated, it will only lead to even more work load, while others are burying their faces in their cell phones playing games, monitoring the stock market/ their investments, or even sleep for hours non-stop. When you try to simply check you phone notification for literally less than 10 seconds, you get snitched on.
- Favoritism is obvious as well, some would get a warning for leaving their post for few minutes long toilet-break, while others can simply disappear for hours for their 30-minute meal break and get away with it.
The list goes on...
