Companies you are contracted to chew you up and spit you out with jobs that damage your body and put you at risk of serious injury. Health Insurance is worthless. Hostile work environment from some companies - you are held to different standards than full-time employees. Traps immigrants, mothers, the elderly, improverished and desperate workers in a cycle of back-breaking labor while taking a cut of your pay and keeping you barely at minimum wage. The entire system is corporate prostitution.
