They value money over employees. Laid off an entire department to partner with an out of state dispatch center. 4 employees are responsible for taking care of every customers problem from San Franciso to Oregon. That includes all programming and scheduling needs and technical issues. Dispatchers would previously handle low emergency issues but after letting everyone go the load was responsible for the four employees. The employers are very conservative and play favorites, tendency towards discrimination. Would not recommend working here unless you are cis, white male or female.
