Pros

My coworkers have been great to work with, and I get paid on time (but that should be the standard, not a benefit), but other than that, there really isn't anything to like about working here. I thought applying to this company would be a great career opportunity, but I've been nothing but disappointed and miserable ever since I worked here. Don't make the same mistake I made and stay away at all costs!

Cons

My experience with Advanced Labelworx has been a nightmare so far! The company's work environment is one of the worst I have ever seen; most of the managers are incredibly hostile, and the leadership treats employees as nothing more than disposable tools, HR couldn't care less about your well-being, and employees' boundaries aren't respected at all! My work-life balance has been the worst it has ever been; I'm constantly being bombarded with endless tasks, forced to meet unreasonable demands, push myself to keep up with unrealistic deadlines, etc., all while barely having any time to rest. The pay is pretty terrible as well, and certainly doesn't reflect my workload at all! Employees aren't given any benefits, and there isn't much room to advance either!

Pros

I am a student at Clemson University. This company gave me an opportunity to work for 15 weeks as a paid intern. During my time with Advanced Labelworx I was allowed to work directly with the customers. I was not treated like an intern. Working for this company compared to my first internship was night and day. I did the work and was treated like a full time employee.

Cons

The pay for the internship was not as much as other internships offered but the experience was way better than anything I have personally experienced. I was involved in the meetings which sometimes felt intense. It was scary for me at first because I had never worked in a large company before. I quickly learned that work and especially sales is serious and intense.
