We are disappointed you feel the way you do. Let us correct the record.
1. Your productivity rate was not 90% and in fact you were gaming the monitoring tools with screen savers which is why we became suspicious.
2. Very often, no one could contact you because you were unavailable, even during meetings when you were logged into the meetings.
3. We did not know you were pregnant by the time we decided you were not a fit for our team, and we’ve had plenty of happy pregnant employees.
4. You finished dead last in the company peer evaluation out of 50 employees worldwide, your teammates rated you dead last in the company.
5. We pay very well and you jumped at the job, and we provide 6 paid holidays annually and the ability to earn paid time off – 12 days a year.
Let’s face it. You got caught not pulling your weight. We suggest you don’t list us as a reference on your resume.
