Great environment for growth as a pilot and team player. Busy school with great airplanes, maintenece and facilities. Even provides health insurance and workers como instance to Flight instructors.

Just gets very busy. Instructors fly one 100 hours average a month.

The school has won industry awards many times and is a great place to hone your skills as a CFI. The owner of the school takes a very hands on approach and he is very serious about safety and this shows in the CFI training and in the absence of any serious incidents.

The only downside is that the owner has a strong personality and can be a bit overbearing at times - how you handle this will determine to a large extent your satisfaction with working there. If you're open to learn and consciencious, your efforts will get recognized and you'll be given more responsibility. The per hour pay is not very high (but you'll get plenty of flying done).
