Family run business that entitles them to work however and whenever they want. Managers are scam artist that don't have the best interest in clients or agents AT ALL. All top agents are liars and will tell the people on the phone any lie to sell the ONE PRODUCT they sell. They make everyone sell hospital indemnity plans because they pay the most (which is illegal). They lie and tell the agents the big time insurance companies don't pay commission so they don't sell the product, which is BS. If you sell anything else the commission is so low that you don't want to waste your time. They hand feed leads and other agent's returning clients to the agents that they like and know how to scam the client out of as much money as possible. Look up the managers on HCSO(MANSLAUGHTER and MANUFACTURE OF CANNABIS) and you will see they are family and can't get any other job because of the arrest records. Owners are nice to your face and turn on you in an instant. I can go on about the cons of this "brokerage". One agent working has numerous complaints with the state she writes business under a manager's name to make money. It's so bad the owner doesn't even have his real name on anything work related.
