Windshield time, Company vehicle, credit card, phone, and Laptop. Unlimited OT, OT after 8hrs a day, 95% of work is Regional Travel within 2-3Hrs of office, Great experience in wide variety of industrial and commercial facilities, Excellent experience in many environments on many systems all with premium tools, uniforms, vehicles, and equipment.
Cons
Only very lucrative when working well over 40 Hrs, OT only offered on billable time, High/Unreal Expectations, no formal training, Upper management changes/makes up rules to suit them, manipulative, Executive team bows to all customer complaints/gripes and blames employees for any and all errors instead of accepting responsibility for any errors
