Can mess around all day and not get called out. If you're white and boring, then you'd fit right in. If you're any other race, stay away.
Cons
This is another startup being built to pad the wallets of the owners. This is their 3rd company meaning it will be sold at one point. Everyone here is severely underqualified and overpaid. I'm not sure how they're duping their investors, but there needs to be some serious changes as they even lost several $100,000+ robots to employees smoking weed on the job. Oh and the best part, their fabricators are forced to work on tables that are 45 degree ramps because the owners took a tour of Panasonic's factory 1 time and wanted to copy "success". News flash, hundreds of tiny parts on ramps are not a good idea.
