      Pros

      All on the AED staff take a great deal of pride in their work and collaborate on projects for the benefit of our customers. The prevailing attitude is that if our customers are successful, then AED will be successful. CEO and management stay on top of health insurance costs and changing requirements and adapts company policies to compensate for these changes.

      Cons

      There really are no major Con's. AED is a very progressive company in many areas.

      AED emphasizes working in teams on fun projects, keeps work schedules flexible to achieve easy work/life balance, and makes the health and happiness of employees a priority.

      Pros

      -Whole team is great to work with (engineers, purchasing team, manufacturing team), except CEO and some managers -Projects are fun, challenging and exciting -Building is new and fun to work in

      Cons

      This used to be a great place to work, until the CEO decided to aggressively grow the company in 2023. Since then many employees have left due to the CEO's poor business decisions and toxic behavior. It's a shame because AED has the potential to be one of the most fun companies to work for. Even current employees don't want to refer friends to the open positions because of the CEO.
