Pros
Most of the management are lifers. Every once in a while they bring in outsiders for leadership positions, but It never works out. Generally everyone full time enjoys it. Bonuses and raises yearly are dependable.
Cons
Most of the year you work 6 days a week. Doesn't provide much balance for a life outside of work. Often times they ask too much of the employees without compensation. Temp agency employees can be a pain. No clearly made training matrix for employees, including supervisors. You can't just throw someone on line and say get to work. Training needs improvement.
