Pros

I loved to work with my coworkers and the job itself was great! I wish I could still work there if they have a different (better) Site Director.

Cons

There is so much favoritism from the Site Director and manipulation to the policies. It made me sick to come into work everyday. They will write the "annual" reviews to the favorites as great to keep them happy but screw those that are hard working out of raises as well as monthly bonuses. The Site Director also will talk bad to other employees about those that have approved FMLA saying it is just in their head and they are just fine. If you try to talk about what is going on to HR or anyone, the Site Director will retaliate and make your job life very difficult. There is also no proper training for the management teams. They are expected to work 50+ hours with no assistance or recognition. I do not recommend this company in Logan until the Director is removed.

Paid breaks and weekends off are the only pros

Cons

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
