      Pros

      This company works hard to make people feel cared about and included. They also encourage you to grow and learn more skills and promote from within. They do fun stuff for employees and pay pretty good for manufacturing labor in our area.

      Cons

      Long, hot hours in the summer. To much OT and changing the priority all the time.

      There is flexible schedule although it is subject to management's purview

      Cons

      There is lack of leadership here. Management doesn't seem to know or care what is going on with their business and clients. There is no clearly defined strategy at all, and direction can change in a matter of hours. The compensation package is terrible, with no heakth benefits or 401k offered, although it has constantly been hinted at. Pay structure and agreements can change at any time.

      Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I would like to address up a couple of important statements you made. First, regarding health benefits, ACS does offer health, dental, vision, and life insurance to all full-time employees. Employees are eligible for these benefits on the first day of the month, following their first month of employment. Secondly, ACS does offer a matching 401K plan. All full-time employees are eligible only after 6 months of employment. We apologize that this was not clearly communicated to you during your time with us. We will be more proactive about this in the future.
