Pros
A fast growing company with many employees that are a pleasure to work with.
Cons
Take employees trained in one field or expertise (Reserve Power), and group them with the TeleComm group when schedule isn't full -often with little or no notice. Schedule limited to reduce overtime pay. Some managers suffering from poor people skills, using verbally abusive and degrading methods in failed attempts to "motivate" productivity. Use of "Core Values" to weed-out employees that are not living up to expectations.
