There are many pros: - You are working with staff and students that are very happy with the College - The owners are very educated and ethical. They have many years of experience and knowlegable, willing to offer training and go out of their way to help - The work environment is relaxed and the staff all get along well with each other, they are like a family and work together instead of against each other like other places. - there is no gossip or competition amongst staff
