Pros

* Good Technologies. *Except technology there is nothing - Complete scrap - for me its not a company rather its a house run buy few commission agents(management). * You get to hear a lot of blabbering while giving interview - one scrappy dialogue is we are not next to any one. * They compare themselves with Microsoft, Apple and Google -- in reality this company can't be compared with any company in this world. *If you are friend to the management you can bring your 10th Failed Brother / Sister / Wife - for that matter any relative into the company pay rolls. - Note you must have good connections with big head here in Hyd office.

Cons

Work culture -- Very bad Working hours -- Too worst Management Treatment -- Big 3 / 4 are unfit to be in those positions, they simply come to office just to sip free coffee/Tea in cafeteria - doesn't know ABCD about technology. Job security -- Forget it as you are not in an organization. HR Process -- No process as such, whatever big head tells they simply implement it -- Puppets. Future -- This is sinking ship. Pay, benefits, vacation time, discounts

Cons

Schizophrenic management decisions, lack of continuity between markets, more focus on short term shareholder satisfaction than team experience and stability. Total lack of actual care or concern for people. Has zero identity. All the “let’s go!” Culture is just exhausting. The actual culture amounts to three month old leftovers. Include the people at the ground level into decision making. They are the ones working, living and facing it daily. Remember who built the place- the counter folks and the customers they serve. Pizza parties and hats are not how you keep people happy.
