      Pros

      This company is under Zalo / VNG Group. Benefit packages are great: free pantry, flexible work hours, many team building activities

      Cons

      Not easy to climb up the ladder. Quick turnaround (some teams are praised last year but gone this year if business goes down) some teams get more attention (MKT, creative etc.) my team is audience insights, which is very small and I don't find impacts in my work
