Poor leadership - Accountant Adrians Employee Review

Very old fashioned approaches from the leadership. No progression opportunities. As a junior I could spot various mistakes being made on client work by partners. Tax work being lodged late, really overpriced fees to their loyal client groups. Very few new clients signing on.
