Working at Adora Bright has been an inspiring, educational, and fulfilling experience for me. Everyone on the team has been so welcoming, approachable, and genuinely invested in the growth and development of all of their employees! Since starting here, I have been so amazed at the teamwork and collaboration shared between each other, and am certain that these qualities have enabled me to grow, both personally and professionally, within my role. The knowledge I have gained, from training, professional feedback, and day-to-day experiences, have helped me to flourish within the field, and improve each day within my career. I am so grateful for all of the lessons I've learned, and can't wait to continue to learn and thrive in my future at this company.

Due to the nature of behaviour therapy, work balance can be a challenge. However, the team encourages open-communication, to help you navigate this balance, and ensure over-all wellbeing!

Thank you to the awesome team for guiding me and training me. I was new to the field, yet they have provided me with lots of knowledge on the fundamentals of ABA. The clinical supervisor always went above and beyond for her staff.

This job really requires the passion and dedication, as it is a fast past environment.
