Pros
Adopter is set up as a remote working company and they have a really slick onboarding process. The contracts and taskings are straight forward to sort out, and Adopter are really responsive to their employees needs. They set me up on their systems within hours, and they were always responsive and engaged in my project. I felt more like a client than an employee... As employers I felt they valued my experience and expertise, I felt included in decisions and trusted, even though I was on a short contract. Their systems were easy to use, their cloud reliable, time tracking easy, contact and discussions easy to arrange in a timely manner. They were reliable and did exactly what they promised. They were prompt payers of invoices . All in all, a pleasure to work for and I would prioritise opportunities with Adopter in future because of their working culture and ethos.
Cons
Difficult to name a con. Because they are a small company and growing fast, they are changing things like their web-site on a really frequent basis so you need to keep up to date. I think Adopter will be quite a bit bigger in a year; so the work is fast paced and exciting, changing not static. Flexibility to respond to that is a must-have.
