Worst management, toxic environment. - Sales Manager Adonmo Employee Review

I worked at Adonmo and it was a terrible experience. The management was disorganized and uncommunicative, and there was a lack of clear direction and support. The work environment was toxic and demotivating, with unrealistic expectations and constant pressure. The company culture was one of favoritism and lack of transparency. Overall, it was a deeply unpleasant place to work and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a positive and supportive work environment. You will have to work on multiple roles and you will not be appreciated for it. No support from the management, most of the employees are with the organisation just because of favouritism.
