Pros
Reasonable breaks, management open to adjusting work schedule, new staff begin with annual vacation of 25 days in addition to National holidays, respectable managers in the claims department, fun atmosphere with lots of games allowing for generous time-off to be won.
Cons
Priority is to get top spot in Great Place to Work ranking quite often at the detriment of staff welfare, essentially a call Centre so little opportunity for career progression, monotonous work, 7.30 am to 4 pm week-day shift with occasional Saturday work, unfavorable company policies making staff bear the brunt of customer dissatisfaction, More often than not management is stuck in it's ways.
