Thanks for sharing this back in Jan 2023. We’re sorry your experience fell short. The points you’ve raised - management approach, overtime, pay progression, appraisal clarity, leave/exit documentation, and respectful treatment - are serious and not the standard we expect. For clarity: third-party reviews aren’t controlled by us; they’re governed by platform policies. Internally, we’ve reinforced documented appraisal/compensation cycles, standardized exit/relieving steps, and manager training around workload planning and respectful workplaces. We’ll keep holding ourselves to a higher bar.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate every opportunity to reflect and improve. However, we would like to clarify a few points mentioned in your comment, as they do not accurately represent the experience of our existing team members. 1. Clarifying Your Association with Admaren From the context, it appears this feedback may have come from someone who hasn’t been part of our internal team, particularly not for the duration of two years as stated. Every Admaren employee goes through an extensive induction process where we explain our policies, values, and work culture transparently. Our team members understand the intent behind these policies and often acknowledge the high level of trust and investment we place in them and in their professional growth. 2. Why We Work the Way We Do As a fast moving product company, our teams depend on close, real-time collaboration across engineering, operations, and customer-facing functions. In our earlier flexible-hours setup, we noticed that team members who arrived early often had to extend their day to align with those starting later, which led to longer hours, fatigue, and disrupted personal time. To create a healthier rhythm, we introduced core working hours between 9 AM and 4 PM. This structure was designed to help everyone stay aligned while also ensuring that work ends at a predictable time, allowing people to disconnect and enjoy their evenings with friends & family. This initiative has been well received across departments and has positively impacted our team’s overall work life balance. 3. Work from Home Policy Admaren is developing first-of-its-kind products that require close communication between multiple teams. While remote work has its advantages, we found that in-person collaboration significantly reduces miscommunication and improves turnaround time for product decisions. Since our teams are interdependent, offering work from home to select groups would create imbalance, hence, as a collective decision, we have maintained an in-office culture for now. 4. Our Approach to Improvement We are a growing company learning, evolving, and refining every step of the way. Feedback, whether internal or external, helps us improve how we work and lead. Admaren’s goal has always been to build a workplace grounded in trust, collaboration, and shared progress. Thank you again for your perspective.
