      The company has a very secured business model that all employees enjoy. The management is like a family, they will give the maximum support you need if you work hard and give your best.

      The work is designation is unequal among the staff, some of the staff have more responsibilities that others although they have the same titles and work experience.

      Closely knit group of employees. Genuinely nice people to work with, which is refreshing in the media business

      Small company with limited room with for growth The old guard have been around for a long time so the responsibilities are static
