I can't really find one...probably the only would be the Recruitment manager, who is good and try to do his best, but as bad as the compan's Management is...
Cons
I don't even know here to start, probably with the owner, who's a want to be forever young, he doesn't know what he wants, they ask for experienced people becuase they don't want, can't afford to coach, fair enough, but they want to hire experienced profiles to let them know exactly what to do (doesn't work like that), on top, one day wakes up with one idea, that makes you work that way no matte what, and at the end of the day will ask why "you" decided to do such a thing (??) really? If you try to be proactive and say the idea is worng, don't even dare, he will give you the lecture of how he build the Company and how it worked so well (different times buddy) anyway.. straight to the point, if you're thinking to work here, think it more than twice, could be your worst experience ever. Unless the management change, which I don't think will happen
