      Great experience, one can fail in a role initially and switch to another domain altogether, great camaraderie in LEAP candidates across all batches. Business generally like LEAP candidates and have high expectations from them

      Cons

      Comparatively lesser salary as compared to other Leadership programs in conglomerate, there is an issue of low increment also. One gets the standard, 8,10 or 12 percent hike in a non promotion year

      Pros

      Brown-nosing works like a charm Decent work-life balance (works doesn't matter as long as you know how to kiss ***) Decent pay (However below median for Tier1 bschools)

      Cons

      Poor leadership at senior and mid level Toxic work culture, Org. politics matters Very hierarchical & rigid Outdated practices Lack of substance in work content and assigned projects Corrupt & quite exploitative (worrisome but not very surprising)

      Excellent learning , exposure and learnings.

      Cons

      1.No quality checks in projects 2.Random allocation of projects ,unfair at times 3.Way too many people in the system and very few good quality projects. 4.No support for the LP. Always will side with the management or business 5.Very last minute allocations , unnecessary stress 6.pay is lower compared to other programs 7. Very little leaves
