      Good work-life balance, some very good people solid place to work Salary was ok

      Product offering becoming old, not innovative managment (playing itsafe), no capabilitiy to start new business / offeings

      Pros

      Good life-work balance. Best colleagues i ever had, all over the company. Its a great combination of fun at work and real challenges.

      Cons

      Really bad leadership and it shows through the hole organisation. The employees complaines and snarls all over the corridors, specially over the customers.

      Pros

      Company provides ok salary and benefits. Some of the benefits are superb. Office culture is also pretty good, not too tight what do you do as long as you deliver.

      Cons

      How the company is being led. IT is disconnected from the Management and vice versa. Focusing too much on getting sale without using a coin on quality.
