      Pros

      - pretty close to where i live - the team i'm in was pretty supportive and easy to talk with - the workplace is pretty homey - the only thing i can give a thumbs up is only my teammates and my team leader - a good choice to start on building the career ladder

      Cons

      - questionable management - constantly hiring interns but never actually invest on proper employees - had an awful experience with the men in the workplace, getting the trauma i didn't sign up for - no operational hours tbh, feels like need to standby 24/7

      Pros

      - So much to learn with many tech stack and training given - Almost zero workplace politics, good co-worker and leader - Good benefit, salary, BPJS, health insurance, leave, outing with office

      Cons

      - Timetight project with many overtime (over promises to client) - Promotion isn't about technical, it is about business knowledge even if you are engineer - Management vision is good but fall behind stackholder and client's ridiculous timeline
