One of the worst company came to know -- Fixed 9 hours punctuality -- Everyday update to manager who usually doesn't available in office but you have to update your daily task to them either by call or verbally. -- Not fixed that you will be assigned on one project only they can swap you into multiple projects everytime on different technologies even out of your experience. -- No leave encashment at the time of exit. -- No leave during probation period of six month. -- Sitting arrangement worst than school ever 7-8 persons sit in a row , totally messy. -- Homely environment totally unprofessional whole day fish market. etc etc. overall no growth you will feel like stuck somewhere you can't leave can't work alongwith. -- They ask employee to leave review on glassdoor to get higher ratings. -- Full politics by Managers -- No criteria of evaluation they judge you without asking mutual consent. -- They can call you anytime day and night, they want you to stay till late night but you can't be late in other days there will be half day leave deduction Never Recommended
