Part of the early career program Great place to experience different departments Not structured program which gives full freedom to explore and learn Lot of space to self learn new skills

Cons

Might be frustrating changing scope every 6-8 months if not used to it Need to constantly learn and adapt to new team dynamics, tools, etc (could be a pro or cons, just something to evaluate)
