      Good ideas if they could actually be implemented

      This organization has so much potential. But it is so poorly managed that it is unable to live up to its promise. Beyond mismanagement, the ED can be cruel and bullying.

      Corruption; Misappropriation of funds; Unclear communication channels; Vertical "personality" based management structure. Not a trustworthy, competent or ethical entity to conduct business with.
